NES Rentals Underscores Commitment to Safety and U.S. Armed Forces Through Yellow Ribbon Campaign
CHICAGO, IL, December 15, 2009 - NES Rentals Holdings,
Inc., one of the largest aerial equipment rental providers in the
country, has rolled out its Yellow Ribbon Campaign in an effort to
drive home the priority it places on customer and employee safety
and its ongoing efforts to support U.S. armed forces and
veterans.
"NES Rentals is committed to the highest safety standards. We're putting our money where our mouth is for a good cause and to further elevate safety in the minds our employees and customers," stated Andrew P. Studdert, NES Rentals Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Due to our aggressive pursuit of high safety standards, there is a good chance we won't find any equipment not in compliance, so we have committed to a minimum donation to the Wounded Warrior Project of $10,000."
The Yellow Ribbon Campaign began on Veterans Day, November 11, 2009. The campaign is a part of a long line of safety priorities NES had introduced to its company and customers and has helped the company achieve the highest customer satisfaction scores in the industry. In addition, NES Rentals has been recognized for safety achievement in 2009 by the International Powered Access Federation and the National Safety Council.
