Employee Recognition & Award Programs
Sincere appreciation for a job well done is the foundation for NES’ Recognition
and Award Programs. It is also an important factor in creating and sustaining a
productive and fulfilling work environment.
NES has established a set of Recognition and Award Programs to help motivate and
reward our employees for their achievements. Each quarter, we recognize the top
regional performers in major job categories, and name our top five performers each
year. There is also a quarterly Branch award in each region to recognize and foster
greater teamwork.
Through everyone’s participation in these programs, we will continue to encourage
the qualities and contributions that keep NES an outstanding equipment rental company.
