NES Rentals recognizes that it’s sometimes difficult to achieve an effective work/life balance. Personal and family issues can affect job performance and overall well being. Because we’re not always prepared with the appropriate information and perspective to handle things we encounter in our lives, NES offers a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program. LifeMatters provides confidential, professional consultation and referrals to employees and their dependents on:

The NES Rentals Employee Emergency Assistance Fund (a 501(c) fund) benefits qualified employees who have experienced hardship as a result of a natural or terrorist disaster. Voluntary donations to the fund are made by the company, NES Rentals employees, friends and vendors.
 
NES Rentals recognizes the value of technology in today’s workplace and is continuously striving to gain efficiencies through the use of technology. Computers at branch locations are replaced or upgraded every three years. Wireless technology is provided to mobile employees and we are continuously looking for opportunities to upgrade our network technology. Free Microsoft product training is available to employees and their families through the Dell Learning Appliance.
