I began my career with NES in 2003 as a Rental Coordinator in the Lansing, Michigan, branch. NES truly cares about developing their employees. Working closely with my Branch Manager, I was given additional responsibilities that provided the skills and experience I needed to prepare for the next step in my career. In 2005, with the encouragement and help of my District Manager, I happily accepted the Branch Manager position in Richfield, Ohio. I continued to develop my leadership skills working with my new District Manager and in 2007 was offered the opportunity to move my family back home to Detroit where I became Branch Manager of the largest branch in the Company. I look forward to continuing my career with NES and I know that with hard work and support from my managers that I will continue to move forward in my career.

I am the master mechanic in NES' Boston branch and I've been with the company since it started (and also worked for the previous owner). I enjoy working in the branch and have had the opportunity to work with others in our district. Our branch has had a strong presence in the Boston market for several years. We are customer-oriented and take a lot of pride in our work and the condition of the equipment we rent. We believe that we offer the best equipment and service in our market and our customers are number one to us.

NES is, without a doubt, the best company I have ever worked for! Everyone is very
professional. Employees respect each other’s position and work together as a team.
I travel the country to many NES branches and offices and I am always met with a
smile. Management strives to make NES safer, more profitable and to provide solid
career opportunities for its employees.

I have been with NES since February 1, 1999, when I was hired in as a salesman.
NES Rentals stands out because management really cares about my needs. Many companies
these days are impersonal. They are run like machines with no personality. At NES,
Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers are very helpful to local managers
like me. I had the pleasure of meeting the CEO in Chicago at a recent sales meeting.
He took time to talk to me and my sales team about the business and our needs. I
have worked for other companies that tell you they care, but they fall short in
demonstrating it. With the continued support of NES management, my branch team (and
my wife!), I hope to work for NES Rentals until it’s time for me to retire. I appreciate
the teamwork that is demonstrated each and every day.

I have worked at the Syracuse branch for 31 years. In my position, I get to design,
install, and train on all of our products.

NES is a great place to work largely because of the many wonderful and dedicated
people. The support and cooperation of my coworkers enables me to provide our customers
with the best possible solutions for their jobs. My job gives me the opportunity
to visit a wide range of construction projects that present unique and interesting
challenges. |

It’s great to see a customer smile when NES comes through for them. I’m lucky to
be able to develop both business and personal relationships working closely with
customers. I enjoy exceeding the expectations of the customer and opening their
eyes to the potential of additional business with us. As an employee of NES, I get
to partner with the customers to demonstrate how to do the job faster and safer
while turning their ideas into reality. |

NES is a well-rounded company with employees who are fun to work with and good at
what they do. Going to work each day for me is easy. I like where I work and what
I do.

I am the inter-office truck driver, otherwise known as the loop driver. I transfer
equipment between the stores in New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont, so I know the
employees at several stores. On average, I visit two or three stores each day. Every
store is different but they all have awesome employees.

NES employees are hard working individuals each with specific jobs that they do
well. I consider everyone I deal with on a day-to-day basis my friends. At NES,
employees are treated like people, not numbers. Everyone in the company is respected
for their contribution. The best part of my job is interacting with my co-workers.
The NES team is made up of good people to work for and with. |

After almost three years at NES, I still enjoy coming to work every day. It’s probably
because of the type of work I do. I get a chance to interact with many different
people on a daily basis and contribute to promoting a pleasant atmosphere at the
corporate office. The atmosphere here is laid back. Everyone is on a first name
basis and we have an open door policy. NES is a great company to work for.
